How do I book a repair or installation?
Get in touch by phone or through our contact form and tell us what's going on. We'll ask a few questions and arrange a visit, usually within a few working days, sooner for urgent breakdowns.
How does the quote work, and are there hidden costs?
An engineer looks at your system first and gives you a fixed price in writing before anything starts. If something unexpected turns up once we open the unit, we'll talk it through with you before doing extra work, not after.
When do I pay, and how?
You pay once the job is finished and you're happy with it, by cash or bank transfer. We don't take deposits for standard repairs or installs.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, just let us know as early as you can. We ask for as much notice as possible so we can offer that slot to another customer, but we're reasonable about genuine changes of plan.
